A new roof is the largest thing most people buy for a house after the house. We treat it as a job with a beginning, a middle and an end, each of them written down.

Before

The survey gives us the measurements, so materials are ordered to the roof rather than rounded up. You know the start date, the finish date and the price before the first delivery.

During

One crew, our own, from strip to ridge cap. The roof is never left open overnight, and the foreman sends you photographs at the end of each day.

After

We fly the finished roof, hand you the photographs and the warranty, and come back after the first winter to look at it again.

What is included

Strip to the deck, with rotten boards replaced

Ice barrier at the eaves and in every valley

Synthetic underlayment across the whole roof

New flashing, vents and drip edge

A magnetic sweep of the yard every evening

A final flight and handover photographs
