Privacy policy

What we collect

When you book a survey we ask for your name, the address of the roof, a phone number and an email address. During a survey we photograph the roof and the ground immediately around it.

How we use it

To carry out the survey, to write your report and to contact you about it. We do not sell or share your details, and we do not publish photographs of your property without asking.

How long we keep it

Reports and photographs are kept for the length of your warranty so that later work can start from them. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
