Surveys

A survey report describes the roof as it was on the day of the flight. The price it contains is fixed for 60 days from the date of the report.

Work

Work is carried out by our own employees. The only charge that may be added to a fixed price is for decking found to be rotten once the roof is open, at the rate stated in your report.

Warranty

Workmanship is guaranteed for the period stated on your invoice. Materials carry the warranty of their manufacturer.

Payment

A deposit of 10 percent secures a start date. The balance is due on completion, after the final flight.
